His Eyes are on You

The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry;  — Psalm 34:15 (NIV) Our heavenly Father diligently watches over you. He does not neglect His children. He is there to catch us when we fall. Abba Father knows our anxious thoughts and when we cry, He is there to catch every tear that falls from our face. Psalm 34:17 says, the righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. Amen and Hallelujah! Draw near to the LORD.

Highly Honor His Name!

I will thank the LORD at all times. My mouth will always praise him. My soul will boast about the LORD. Those who are oppressed will hear it and rejoice. Praise the LORD’s greatness with me. Let us highly honor his name together.  — Psalm 34:1-3 (GW) Give thanks to the LORD at all times. Constantly speak his praises! Boast about all that God is doing in your life. It will encourage those who hear your testimony. Let us highly honor His name by living HOLY, being HUMBLE and staying HUNGRY for the things of God!

Lack Nothing!

Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him. Fear the LORD, you his holy people, for those who fear him lack nothing.   —Psalm 34:8-9 (NIV) Delight yourself in the LORD, you His saints. He is good and at His right hand are pleasures forevermore (Psalm 16:11). No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly (Ps 84:11). Those who sincerely revere, honor and worship the LORD lack nothing. Those who fear Him are never in need (Psalm 34:9 GW). May we PRIZE and PRIORITIZE God above all else. Amen!

Our Help & Shield

Our soul waits for the LORD; He is our help and our shield. For our heart shall rejoice in Him, Because we have trusted in His holy name. Let Your mercy, O LORD, be upon us, Just as we hope in You. — Psalm 33:20-22 (NKJV) Earnestly wait in expectation for Almighty God to show Himself mighty in your life. Our help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth. God Most High is a shield around us. Take refuge in Him. Let your hope be in Him alone. When God is on our side, no one can stand against us.

Surrounded by Unfailing Love!

Many are the woes of the wicked, but the LORD’s unfailing love surrounds the one who trusts in him. Rejoice in the LORD and be glad, you righteous; sing, all you who are upright in heart!  — Psalm 32:10-11 (NIV) As children of God, we are surrounded by His love, and His love never fails. The love of God never runs out on us. His love never abandons us. His unfailing love is our comfort and support. Through the unfailing love of the Most High we will not be shaken. Be glad and find joy in the LORD, you righteous people. Rely on His faithfulness and rejoice in Him!

With His Loving Eye

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.  — Psalm 32:8 (NIV) Our heavenly Father instructs us and teaches us the way we should go, with a loving eye on us. He guides us along the best pathway for our lives. His Holy Spirit dwells in us to counsel us and guide us into all the truth. Trust in the LORD and follow Him all the days of your life. Only then will we experience peace, joy, true success and lasting fulfillment.

My Strength & My Song!

The LORD is my strength and my song. He is my Savior. This is my God, and I will praise him, my father’s God, and I will honor him. The LORD is a warrior! The LORD is his name.  — Exodus 15:2-3 (GW) The sovereign LORD is the endless source of our strength. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13). Draw all that you need from Him. Let the LORD be the song that you sing, His love the melody of your heart. Honor God as your Lord and Savior, in all that you do. Sing His praises every day He gives you breath!

Hold Your Peace!

Moses told the people, Fear not; stand still (firm, confident, undismayed) and see the salvation of the LORD which He will work for you today. For the Egyptians you have seen today you shall never see again. The LORD will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace and remain at rest. — Exodus 14:13-14 (AMP) When the enemy is chomping at your heels, fear not. Stand firm and confident that the LORD will rescue you at just the right time. Hold your peace and stay calm, the battle belongs to the LORD! In other words, don't let the enemy rile your feathers, God's got your back!

Surrounded by Favor!

And the LORD had given the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they granted them what they requested. Thus they plundered the Egyptians. — Exodus 12:36 (NKJV) Because of the LORD's favor, the Egyptians, gave the Israelites, whom they had enslaved for hundreds of years, whatever they requested. God surrounds those who belong to Him, with  His  favor as with a shield (Psalm 5:12). And our heavenly Father's favor is not a one time event, it lasts for a lifetime (Psalm 30:5). Hallelujah! May the favor of the LORD our God rest upon you.

Set Apart

And in that day I will set apart the land of Goshen, in which My people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there, in order that you may know that I am the LORD in the midst of the land. — Exodus 8:22 (NKJV) Egypt suffered the effects of ten plagues, however, God kept His people safe in the land of Goshen. We are in this world, but not of this world. Set apart. We are to dwell in  the kingdom of God, where there is righteousness, peace and joy. Abide in the shadow of Almighty God. He is a strong tower and sanctuary. The world suffers many plagues, however, God's people are raised up above earthly circumstances and seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2:6). Let us remember, that the LORD is mighty in our midst. Amen!

He will Bring You Out!

Therefore say to the children of Israel: ‘I am the LORD; I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, I will rescue you from their bondage, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great judgments. — Exodus 6:6 (NKJV) In Exodus 6:5, the LORD says, “I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel whom the Egyptians keep in bondage, and I have remembered My covenant.” Our heavenly Father, always hears the groans of His children. He knows the anguish of our souls. You have not been forgotten. The LORD will bring you out from under your burdens and rescue you with an outstretched arm.

He Lives In Us!

Little children, you are of God [you belong to Him] and have [already] defeated and overcome them [the agents of the antichrist], because He Who lives in you is greater (mightier) than he who is in the world. — 1 John 4:4 (AMP) We have the Spirit of the living God in us. If you have opened your heart to Him, He lives in you. Our God is mighty and by far, stronger than anything or anyone in this world. We are overcomers because God has given us the victory. Praise the LORD!

Good to Come Out of Evil

Joseph said to them, “Don’t be afraid! I can’t take God’s place. Even though you planned evil against me, God planned good to come out of it. This was to keep many people alive, as he is doing now.” — Genesis 50:19-20 (GW) What Joseph's brothers meant for evil, by selling him into slavery, God planned to use for good.  Whatever evil the enemy has planned against you, God will use it for good. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

Christ Completes Us

Be careful not to let anyone rob you of this faith through a shallow and misleading philosophy. Such a person follows human traditions and the world’s way of doing things rather than following Christ. All of God lives in Christ’s body, and God has made you complete in Christ. Christ is in charge of every ruler and authority. — Colossians 2:8-10 (GW) We are complete in Christ. Our areas of weakness are perfected as we call upon the Lord's strength. If we were to lose everything, we would find that Christ is all we really need. The Message Bible sums it up well: You don't need a telescope, a microscope, or a horoscope to realize the fullness of Christ, and the emptiness of the universe without him (Colossians 2:8).

The King of Glory!

Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, The LORD mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O you gates! Lift up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah   — Psalm 24:7-10 (NKJV) The word  “Selah” at the end of this verse indicates a pause. Let us pause from the busyness of our day and meditate on our great God. He is the King of Glory, strong and mighty. Stop and listen for His voice, today. Open the gates of your heart and let the King of Glory enter. Think about the magnitude of His love and His grace. Do you try to keep God in a box or do you allow Him room in your heart and life to display the greatness of His glory and power?

Our Hiding Place

For this cause everyone who is godly shall pray to You in a time when You may be found;  Surely in a flood of great waters they shall not come near him.  You are my hiding place; You shall preserve me from trouble;  You shall surround me with songs of deliverance.   Selah  — Psalm 32:6-7 (NKJV) When troubles comes flooding in, one wave after another, pray to the LORD. He is our hiding place. He protects and preserves us in the midst of trouble. Abba Father is a shelter in the storm, abide in Him.

Follow Hard After God!

My whole being follows hard after You and clings closely to You; Your right hand upholds me. — Psalm 63:8 (AMP) Follow hard after God. Our heavenly Father wants us to come close and look up to Him. Remove anything from your life that keeps you from entering into the fullness of His Presence. Abba Father holds us steady and secure in His right hand. Praise the LORD!

Fruitful in Affliction

And the name of the second (son) he called Ephraim: “For God has caused me to be fruitful in the land of my affliction.” — Genesis 41:52 (NKJV) In spite of being sold into slavery by his brothers and falsely accused by His master's wife, God caused Joseph to be fruitful in the land of his affliction. The situations that cause you the greatest distress or suffering can also cause you to be more productive and fruitful. The land of your affliction can be the place of your greatest blessing and victory. We can grow stronger and stronger in the midst of adversity and opposition. Amen!

Make a Dedicated Decision!

Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.  — Joel 3:14 (NKJV)  Make a dedicated decision to align your heart with the heart of God. Be committed to become more like Him, each and every day. Make a dedicated decision to put your faith to work and be in a continually flow of activity in the things of God. Keep taking action, no matter how circumstances appear. It was a dedicated decision Jesus held onto when He allowed the nails to be hammered in His hands and feet and then hung on the cross to save us. Put some ACTION to your faith!

What to Do if You Need of a Breakthrough!

Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. — 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (NKJV) When you just don't know what to do, here are some action steps that will bring a breakthrough. No matter what the circumstances are, be glad-hearted. The joy of the LORD is your strength. Stay in constant communication with God by praying all the time. And remember to give thanks to God in all circumstances!

Great Goodness in Store for You!

How great is the goodness you have stored up for those who fear you. You lavish it on those who come to you for protection, blessing them before the watching world.  — Psalm 31:19 (NLT) Take refuge in the LORD. He has abundant goodness in store for those who fear, revere and honor Him. Oh, how great is His goodness! You can remain confident that you will see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living (Psalm 27:13). If you abide in the house of the LORD, surely His goodness and unfailing love shall follow you all the days of your life! (Psalm 23:6)

In His Hands

But I trusted in, relied on, and was confident in You, O Lord; I said, You are my God. My times are in Your hands; deliver me from the hands of my foes and those who pursue me and persecute me.  — Psalm 31:14-15 (AMP) Don't put your confidence in the things of this world. They are temporary, here today, gone tomorrow. Trust in and rely on the Lord. He never changes. You can depend on God to be there when you need Him most. Your future is in His hands and His plan is for good, not harm. Look forward to what God desires to do in your life with great expectation!

He Knows

I will be glad and rejoice in your love, for you saw my affliction and knew the anguish of my soul. You have not given me into the hands of the enemy but have set my feet in a spacious place. — Psalm 31:7-8 (NIV) God knows the anguish of your soul. And He has a plan to bring you through whatever troubles come your way. He has already gone before you and made a way. In Jesus Christ, our heavenly Father has already given us victory over the enemy. Be glad and rejoice in His love, knowing that God is on your side! He will keep you safe and secure in His loving arms.

No Fear!

And the LORD appeared to him the same night and said, “I am the God of your father Abraham; do not fear, for I am with you.” — Genesis 26:24a (NKJV) You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day (Psalm 91:5). For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). The LORD is our light and our salvation —whom shall we fear? Psalm 27:2 says, when evildoers close in on you, they will stumble and fall. Don’t be afraid to take that step of faith and do what God has called you to do. He is with you!

Direct Your Heart

LORD God of our ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, always watch over your people’s deepest thoughts. Keep their hearts directed toward you. — 1 Chronicles 29:18 (GW) May our thoughts be in perfect alignment with the Word of God. Direct your heart toward the LORD, toward His goodness and His greatness. Direct your heart toward God's grace and mercy. Thank Him for what He is doing in your life, and even more, for what He will do in your future. Then, you will be able to experience the fullness of His peace, freedom and joy.

Be Strong and Courageous!

Love the LORD, all you godly ones! The LORD protects faithful people, but he pays back in full those who act arrogantly. Be strong, all who wait with hope for the Lord, and let your heart be courageous.  — Psalm 31:23-24 (GW) Love the LORD, all you His saints! He preserves and strengthens the faithful. We can trust in the LORD because our future is in His hands. He wrote all of our days in His book before we drew a breath. And His plans for us are for good and not harm. Be strong in the LORD and keep your hope in Him alive!

Don't Look Back!

As soon as they had brought them out, one of them said, “Flee for your lives! Don’t look back, and don’t stop anywhere in the plain! Flee to the mountains or you will be swept away!”  — Genesis 19:17 (NIV) After being warned by an angel, Lot’s wife chose to look back, and she became a pillar of salt (Genesis 19:26). God gave us free will. We always have a choice. Like Lot's wife, we can chose disobedience and death or we can choose to give up our old ways and follow the LORD's instruction. His ways lead to a rich and satisfying life, full of His blessings and favor. Our heavenly Father, like any good parent, gives us instructions for our own good and our protection. He is not out to get us. He loves us and is on our side.

Is Anything Too Hard for the LORD?

Then the LORD said to Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh and say, ‘Will I really have a child, now that I am old?’ Is anything too hard for the LORD?” — Genesis 18:13-14 (NIV) Even though Sarah was well past her childbearing years, God made her womb fruitful to produce a son. The LORD shut the mouths of the lions when Daniel was shut in a lion's den (Daniel 6:22). When Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were thrown into a blazing furnace, the LORD kept them from being burned and they didn't even smell like smoke (Daniel 3:27). Get in the habit of telling your problems, how BIG your God is. Nothing is too difficult for our great God!

Where Are You Going?

Now the Angel of the LORD found her by a spring of water in the wilderness, by the spring on the way to Shur. And He said, “Hagar, Sarai’s maid, where have you come from, and where are you going?”  — Genesis 16:7-8 (NKJV) When Sarai dealt harshly with her maidservant, Hagar, she fled from her presence. In the wilderness, God revealed Himself to Hagar as the God Who Sees. When you feel like you are all alone in the wilderness, know that God sees all that you are going through. And He has a plan and a purpose for your life. Instead of running from bad situations, run toward your dreams and aspirations. Live on purpose! Know where you are going. Seek God for specific instruction and step-by-step guidance.

Joy Comes in the Morning!

Sing praise to the LORD, you saints of His, and give thanks at the remembrance of His holy name. For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.  — Psalm 30:4-5 (NKJV) Even though we go through times of darkness, we can rejoice because morning always comes. God's mercies never cease. They begin afresh each morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). His favor lasts a lifetime! When is anxiety is great within us, the consolation of the LORD brings us joy (Psalm 94:19). His very Presence makes our joy complete (Psalm :16:11). Sing praise to the LORD all you saints!
