RISE UP!

Image
But those who wait for Yahweh’s grace will experience divine strength. They will rise up on soaring wings and fly like eagles, run their race without growing weary, and walk through life without giving up. — Isaiah 40:31(TPT) Wait for the LORD, with great expectation. Trust in the LORD and keep your hope in Him vibrant and you will gain new strength. Empowered by His Spirit, you will be able to rise up and soar like an eagle, toward the glorious destination, the LORD has for you. Some find their strength in their weapons and wisdom, but my miracle deliverance can never be won by men. Our boast is in the Lord our God, who makes us strong and gives us victory! — Psalm 20:7 (TPT)

Live in God

Image
And as we live in God, our love grows more perfect. So we will not be afraid on the day of judgment, but we can face him with confidence because we live like Jesus here in this world. Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced his perfect love. — 1 John 4:18 (NLT) When we live and walk in the perfect love of God, there is no room for fear. Romans 1:8 (AMP) says: First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith [your trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness] is being proclaimed in all the world. Trust God and have confidence in His power, His wisdom and His goodness. The LORD is my strength and shield. I trust him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving. — Psalm 28:7 (NLT)

Cling Tightly

Image
So now we must cling tightly to the hope that lives within us, knowing that God always keeps his promises! — Hebrews 10:23 (TPT) Let us hold tightly, without wavering, to the living hope we have in the LORD. For He who promised is reliable, trustworthy and faithful to His Word. In Hebrews 13:5, He assures us that He will never leave us or forsake us. Psalm 119:65 says, those who love God’s law will have great peace and nothing will make them stumble. Psalm 55:22 promises that, if we cast our cares on the LORD, He will sustain us. All the promises God has made are “Yes” in Christ (2 Corinthians 1:20). Which one are you standing in faith on?

Peace at All Times

Image
Now may the Lord of peace Himself grant you His peace at all times and in every way [that peace and spiritual well-being that comes to those who walk with Him, regardless of life’s circumstances]. The Lord be with you all. — 2 Thessalonians 3:16 (AMP) Regardless of how current circumstances may appear, continue to walk with God and keep your trust in Him. He is the way maker. The LORD gives his people strength. The LORD blesses them with peace. (Psalm 29:11 NLT)

Stand Still & Silent

Image
I am standing in absolute stillness, silent before the one I love, waiting as long as it takes for him to rescue me. Only God is my Savior, and he will not fail me. — Psalm 62:5 (TPT) I stand silently to listen for the one I love, waiting as long as it takes for the Lord to rescue me. For God alone has become my Savior. He alone is my safe place; his wrap-around presence always protects me. For he is my champion defender; there’s no risk of failure with God. So why would I let worry paralyze me, even when troubles multiply around me? (Psalm 62:1-2 TPT) For God alone my soul waits in silence and quietly submits to Him, for my hope is from Him. (Psalm 62:5 AMP) Stand strong and still in full expectation that our heavenly Father will fulfill every promise He has made.

Make Your Life a Prayer

Image
Make your life a prayer. And in the midst of everything be always giving thanks, for this is God’s perfect plan for you in Christ Jesus. — 1 Thessalonians 5:17-18 (TPT) Make your life a prayer (a conversation with your heavenly Father). In every circumstance and situation by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your specific requests known to God. Don’t be pulled in different directions or worried about a thing. Be saturated in prayer throughout each day, offering your faith-filled requests before God with overflowing gratitude. Tell him every detail of your life, then God’s wonderful peace that transcends human understanding, will make the answers known to you through Jesus Christ. (Philippians 4:6-7 TPT)

Help in Time of Need

Image
Therefore let us [with privilege] approach the throne of grace [that is, the throne of God’s gracious favor] with confidence and without fear, so that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find [His amazing] grace to help in time of need [an appropriate blessing, coming just at the right moment]. — Hebrews 4:16 (AMP) Jesus is not out of touch with our reality. (Hebrews 4:15 MSG) He understands our weaknesses and He is always ready to help in our time of need. So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most. (Hebrews 4:16 NLT) Endure difficult circumstances, being confident that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1 NASB) Amen.

Live for His Purpose

Image
We humans keep brainstorming options and plans, but God’s purpose prevails. — Proverbs 19:21 (MSG) Before every person lies a road that seems to be right, but the end of that road is death and destruction. (Proverbs 14:12 VOICE) When we are in the driver’s seat, we are sure to end up on a dead-end road or going over a cliff. God allows us the free will to do things our way but realize that there are always consequences to that. In addition, when we choose to do things our way, it’s not God’s best for us. Some people think the word submission is a bad thing, but we are all submitting to something. Are you submitting to your flesh, to this world, or to God, our Maker? It is a good thing when we are submitting to the right authority. Submit your life to our heavenly Father, and to the authority of His Word. May we follow Him all the days of our lives. He knows the best way for us to go so that we arrive at the glorious destination of His master design. The steps of a [good and ri

Great Good

Image
“ Now yield and submit yourself to Him [agree with God and be conformed to His will] and be at peace; In this way [you will prosper and great] good will come to you. ”  — Job 22:21 (AMP) The Lord of peace, continually pours out His peace. Let us be open and uncluttered vessels to receive His peace, at all times and in every situation. Great good comes when we conform to God’s will and His ways. Our minds and hearts abide in His everlasting peace and we prosper in every area of life. May you experience God’s peace, which transcends all understanding. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

Our Identity

Image
It is through him that we live and function and have our identity; just as your own poets have said, ‘Our lineage comes from him.’ — Acts 17:28 (TPT) We find our true identity in Christ, as we acknowledge that the LORD is God! He made us (in His image), and we are his. We are his people, the sheep of his pasture. (Psalm 100:3) Let us follow Jesus, the Good Shepherd. Through Jesus, therefore, let us at all times offer up to God a sacrifice of praise, which is the fruit of lips that thankfully acknowledge and confess and glorify His name. (Hebrews 13:15)

Better than Life

Image
Because You r lovingkindness is better than life, My lips will praise You. So I will bless You as long as I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name. — Psalm 63:3-4 (NASB) The lovingkindness of the LORD is better than life itself. His love never fails. O give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; for His lovingkindness is everlasting. (1 Chronicles 16:34) He is a God of forgiveness, gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness; (Nehemiah 9:17). And through the lovingkindness of the Most High we will not be shaken. Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow you all the days of your life, and you will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. (Psalm 23:6) Daily I will worship you passionately and with all my heart. My arms will wave to you like banners of praise. — Psalm 63:4 (TPT)

Walk in Him

Image
“ …And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age. ” — Matthew 28:20b (NLT) Jesus is Immanuel, “ God with us .” (Matthew 1:23). He is all we need. If we hunger and thirst, Jesus is the Bread of Life and the Living Water. When bound by lies and deception, Jesus is the truth that sets us free. In times of sickness, Jesus is the great Physician. And by His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). When we are perplexed or confused, Jesus is the Way, follow Him. When anxious and fearful thoughts come, Jesus is the Prince of Peace. In the midst of the battle, we can raise a banner of victory, because  victory belongs to the LORD! (Proverbs 21:31) Therefore as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him,  (Colossians 2:6 NASB)

Come Closer

Image
Move your heart closer and closer to God, and he will come even closer to you. But make sure you cleanse your life, you sinners, and keep your heart pure and stop doubting. — James 4:8 (TPT) As we move our hearts closer to God, the things of this world begin to fade into the background. When we catch a glimpse of the glory and greatness of our mighty God, what once appeared as a big issue becomes a small molehill. As we begin to grasp how wide, how long, how high, and how deep God's love is, we grow more confident that He is a good Father who always takes care of His beloved children. We do not have to worry of live in fear.

Find Good

Image
He who pays attention to the word [of God] will find good, and blessed (happy, prosperous, to be admired) is he who trusts [confidently] in the LORD. — Proverbs 16:20 (AMP) We find good when we give attention to God’s Word, daily and not just on Sunday morning. The Word of God is Good News (you can use). For every word God speaks is sure and every promise pure. His truth is tested, found to be flawless, and ever faithful. It’s as pure as silver refined seven times in a crucible of clay. (Psalm 12:6 TPT) You can trust our faithful God to fulfill every Word He has spoken. Not reading and applying the Word of God, on a daily basis, places you in a battle with no weapon. We are in a war and the devil takes no vacations. He roams about the earth seeking whom he may devour. Even Jesus overcame the the temptation of the devil by stating the Word: “ It is written… ” (Matthew 4:4, 6, 7 &10)

What are you wearing?

Image
Instead, clothe yourself with the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. And don’t let yourself think about ways to indulge your evil desires.   — Romans 13:14 (NLT) Every morning we get up, we choose what clothes to wear on our physical body. However, let us also choose to spiritually clothe ourselves with the presence of the Lord. The Passion Translation says to fully immerse yourselves into the Lord Jesus, the Anointed One… (Romans 13:14a) In other words, think His thoughts, speak His Word and do things His way. Instead of putting on the ways of this world or following the desires of our flesh, may we reflect the character and nature of our loving heavenly Father. Since God chose you to be the holy people he loves, you must clothe yourselves with tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.   — Colossians 3:12 (NLT)

Shape Your Lives

Image
As God’s obedient children, never again shape your lives by the desires that you followed when you didn’t know better. Instead, shape your lives to become like the Holy One who called you. For Scripture says: “You are to be holy, because I am holy.” — 1 Peter 1:14-16 (TPT) We are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that we may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called us out of darkness into His marvelous light; (1 Peter 2:9) I ask—ask the God of our Master, Jesus Christ, the God of glory—to make you intelligent and discerning in knowing him personally, your eyes focused and clear, so that you can see exactly what it is he is calling you to do, grasp the immensity of this glorious way of life he has for his followers, oh, the utter extravagance of his work in us who trust him—endless energy, boundless strength! — Ephesians 1:18-19 (MSG)

Victory Abiding

Image
I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace. In the world you have tribulation and distress and suffering, but be courageous [be confident, be undaunted, be filled with joy]; I have overcome the world.” [My conquest is accomplished, My victory abiding.] — John 16:33 (AMP) No matter how circumstances may appear today, we have the victory today ! In Christ, we are more than conquerors. What we must realize in the dark valleys, is that Jesus has already given us the victory. We just need to keep moving forward, and we will make it to the glorious mountaintop moments. Yet I am so thankful to God, who always marches us to victory under the banner of the Anointed One; and through us He spreads the beautiful fragrance of His knowledge to every corner of the earth. (2 Corinthians 2:14 VOICE)

He Rescues!

Image
The LORD is near to the heartbroken and He saves those who are crushed in spirit (contrite in heart, truly sorry for their sin). Many hardships and perplexing circumstances confront the righteous, but the LORD rescues him from them all. — Psalm 34:18-19 (AMP) When we are brokenhearted, we can be sure the LORD is close and He comforts us. And when we face trouble of any kind, we can be certain that He will deliver us. In the midst of perplexing situations, we can fix our gaze upon our Heavenly Father and experience the pleasure of His Presence, and persevere until He gives us direction. Instead of worry, we can worship our great God. ‘ Do not yield to fear, for I am always near. Never turn your gaze from me, for I am your faithful God. I will infuse you with my strength and help you in every situation. I will hold you firmly with my victorious right hand. ’ — Isaiah 41:10 (TPT)

Our Source of Stability

Image
He will be your constant source of stability in changing times, and out of his abundant love he gives you the riches of salvation, wisdom, and knowledge. Yes, the fear of the Lord is the key to this treasure! — Isaiah 33:6 (TPT) In these constantly changing times, the LORD is the One who holds us stable and secure. In the midst of turmoil, He is our constant and everlasting peace. Keep your trust and hope in the LORD. This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God’s inner sanctuary. (Hebrews 6:19 NLT)

Fix Your Focus

Image
What then shall we say to all these things? If God is for us, who can be [successful] against us? He who did not spare [even] His own Son, but gave Him up for us all, how will He not also, along with Him, graciously give us all things? — Romans 8:31-32 (AMP) With God on our side, we have no need to worry or be anxious. When you focus on the problem, you feel downcast, defeated and hopeless. Instead of going down that path, keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, our living hope, and be elevated to see your circumstances from God’s perspective: above your current state of affairs. Our God is mighty and above all, in addition, He is gracious and merciful. Amen. But as for me, I will look expectantly for the LORD and with confidence in Him I will keep watch; I will wait [with confident expectation] for the God of my salvation. My God will hear me. — Micah 7:7 (AMP)

Trust Him at ALL Times

Image
O LORD of hosts, How blessed and greatly favored is the man who trusts in You [believing in You, relying on You, and committing himself to You with confident hope and expectation]. — Psalm 84:12 (AMP) Commit yourself to God. For the LORD God is our sun and our shield. He gives us grace and glory. The LORD will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right. (Psalm 84:11 NLT) God’s glory is all around me! His wrap-around presence is all I need, for the Lord is my Savior, my hero, and my life-giving strength. (Psalm 62:7 TPT) Trust in Him at all times, O people; Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. Selah. (Psalm 62:8 NASB)

Chosen & Cherished!

Image
When I look at the night sky and see the work of your fingers— the moon and the stars you set in place— what are mere mortals that you should think about them, human beings that you should care for them? Yet you made them only a little lower than God and crowned them with glory and honor. You gave them charge of everything you made, putting all things under their authority —   Psalm 8:3-6 (NLT) Our heavenly Father and Creator of the universe, is mindful of us. Even before He made the world, God loved us and chose us. Every single moment you are thinking of me! How precious and wonderful to consider that you cherish me constantly in your every thought! O God, your desires toward me are more than the grains of sand on every shore! When I awake each morning, you’re still with me. (Psalm 139:17-18 TPT) Never think for one moment, our ever-present God has forgotten about you. He is working all things together for your good.

Hear His Voice

Image
My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; — John 10:27 (NASB) Proverbs 9:3 (NASB) says that Lady Wisdom calls from the tops of the heights of the city. In Proverbs 9:13-15 (NASB), the woman of folly (foolishness) is boisterous. She sits at the doorway of her house, on a seat by the high places of the city, also calling to those who pass by, who are making their paths straight. Discern the voices and choose very carefully which voice you give ear to. Today, hear the voice, of the Good Shepherd. And as Mary, the mother of Jesus, instructed the servants at the wedding in John 2:5 (NASB) “ Whatever He says to you, do it .”

The Gift of Peace

Image
“I leave the gift of peace with you—my peace. Not the kind of fragile peace given by the world, but my perfect peace. Don’t yield to fear or be troubled in your hearts—instead, be courageous! — John 14:27 (TPT) Our heavenly Father is Jehovah-Shalom, the LORD is peace. We can live in peace because our loving God is our Source and He cares for us. He doesn't give like the world. He has given us everlasting peace. God is our Provider. He forsees all of our needs, and provides all that we need. Jesus, the Prince of Peace gave us the gift of His perfect peace. Don't let the enemy rob you of peace. Instead, let the peace of God keep you calm in every circumstance and give you courage and strength for every challenge. Now may God, the inspiration and fountain of hope, fill you to overflowing with uncontainable joy and perfect peace as you trust in him. And may the power of the Holy Spirit continually surround your life with his super-abundance until you radiate with hope! — Ro

Worship the Father

Image
“ From here on, worshiping the Father will not be a matter of the right place but with the right heart. For God is a Spirit, and he longs to have sincere worshipers who worship and adore him in the realm of the Spirit and in truth. ” — John 4:24 (TPT) Ascribe to the LORD, O sons of the mighty, Ascribe to the LORD glory and strength. Ascribe to the LORD the glory due to His name; Worship the LORD in holy array. (Psalm 29:1 NASB) Let’s go into God’s dwelling place and bow down and worship before him. (Psalm 132:7 TPT) Draw near to God with a sincere heart, fully trusting Him. “ Worthy are You, our Lord and God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they exist, and were created and brought into being. ” — Revelation 4:11 (AMP)

Be Open & Receive

Image
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, — Ephesians 1:3 (NASB) Our heavenly Father is continually pouring out His goodness and favor upon His people. In order to have a cup that is overflowing we must be vessels that are open to receive His Presence, His blessings, and His favor. If our cup (our heart) is full of pride, unforgiveness, etc. than we have no room to be filled with His Holy Spirit and all the blessings contained in His Presence. Fix your hope on God, the One who richly provides everything for our enjoyment. (1 Timothy 6:17b VOICE) Thirst for more of Him. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You have anointed my head with oil; My cup overflows. Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. — Psalm 23:5-6 (NASB)

Don’t Hide

Image
They heard the sound of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and the man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden. — Genesis 3:8 (NASB) Like Adam and Eve, we have a tendency to try and hide from God when we have sinned, strayed away from His Word, or missed the mark. But it is the work of the enemy to condemn you and separate you from our gracious God. However, when we come into the Light of His Presence, we can receive forgiveness, cleansing and healing. Nothing can separate us from His love. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9) ...if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. (1 John 1:7 NASB) I will sing and greatly rejoice in Yahweh! My whole being vibrates with shouts of joy in my God! For he has dressed me

FAITHFUL FATHER

Image
And because we are his children, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, prompting us to call out, “Abba, Father.” — Galatians 4:6 (NLT) May we set our affections on our heavenly Father, as His affections are upon us. His faithful love endures forever (1 Chronicles 16:34 NLT). He did not create us and leave us to our own devices. Instead, He is with us, as our constant Companion, to lead us and guide us along on the path that leads to abundant life. He is continually attentive to every detail of our lives, right down to the number of hairs on your head. Our mighty God is our protection and our Provider. He watches over us, and is always ready to rescue. He delivers us from all our troubles. At each and every sunrise we will be thanking you for your kindness and your love. As the sun sets and all through the night, we will keep proclaiming, “ You are so faithful! ” (Psalm 92:2 TPT) …I’ll keep coming closer and closer to you, Lord Yahweh, for your name is good to me.

KING FOREVER

Image
The LORD sat as King at the flood; Yes, the LORD sits as King forever. The LORD will give [unyielding and impenetrable] strength to His people; The LORD will bless His people with peace. — Psalm 29:10-11 (AMP) Because our mighty God sits on the throne, we have no need to fear. It is God who arms us with strength and keeps our way secure. (2 Samuel 22:33) From his throne he observes all who live on the earth. (Psalm 33:14 NLT) And He hears the cry of every heart, and gives us His peace and strength. I cried out to you in my distress, the delivering God, and from your temple-throne you heard my troubled cry. My sobs came right into your heart and you turned your face to rescue me.  — Psalm 18:6 (TPT)

Follow His Way

Image
“ For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” declares the LORD. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts. ”— Isaiah 55:8-9 (NASB) Trust God and let Him lead you and guide you through this day, by His Holy Spirit. Instead of doing things the way you always do them, ask our heavenly Father to show you His way. He has already gone before you and His way is always the best way. The LORD says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you. (Psalm 32:8 NLT) So don’t make it difficult; don’t be stubborn when I take you where you’ve not been before. Don’t make me tug you and pull you along. Just come with me!” (Psalm 32:9 TPT)

Plans for Good

Image
“ For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. ” — Jeremiah 29:11 (NLT) God has plans to take care of you, not to abandon you. The Amplified Bible says, He has plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster… (Jeremiah 29:11) Every detail of your life was already written in His book, before you had even lived one day. (Psalm 139:16) So He already has the solution to every situation. His plans for you are good. If what you see at the moment does not “look” good, know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them. (Romans 8:28 NLT) And remember we do not live by sight (what we see) but by faith (what we believe). Believe God and His Word. Our heavenly Father is good and He has good plans for you. Amen!
