Love & Pray!

But I tell you this: Love your enemies, and pray for those who persecute you. In this way you show that you are children of your Father in heaven. —Matthew 5:44-45a (GW)

Are you being persecuted? Is someone working against you? Jesus said we are to love our enemies and pray for those who mistreat us. This is how we show we are like our heavenly Father. He makes His sun rise on people whether they are good or evil. He lets rain fall on them whether they are just or unjust (Matthew 5:45b). If we have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, we are nothing. (1 Corinthians 13:2). So love deeply and sincerely pray for those who are against you!
