Acquainted with All Our Ways

O LORD, You have searched me and known me. You know my sitting down and my rising up; You understand my thought afar off. You comprehend my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word on my tongue, but behold, O LORD, You know it altogether. —Psalm 139:1-4 (NKJV)

Our heavenly Father knows us better than we know ourselves and He still loves us exactly the way we are. He accepts us, as-is. However, He wants the best for us, so He doesn't want to leave us in the same condition. If you have taken a detour off the path God has for you, He knew that would be the case, before it happened. Jesus still says, “Come to Me!” Join Jesus on the path already laid out for you. It is a journey that leads to abiding peace, abundant life and joy forevermore.
