Wait Patiently and with Expectation

 I waited patiently for the LORD to help me, and he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the pit of despair, out of the mud and the mire. He set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along. —Psalm 40:1-2 (NLT)

When your life seems to be in the pits, cry out to the LORD and look up. Wait patiently and expectantly for Him (Psalm 40:1 AMP). The LORD will hear your cry and lift you out of the pit of despair. As the mud and mire of life pulls you down, He will draw you out and set your feet on solid ground.
