Our Protective Shield

Every word of God has proven to be true.
He is a shield to those who come to him for protection.
Proverbs 30:5 (GW)

Our enemy, the devil constantly prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour (1 Peter 5:8), but God is our shield. He protects us from the fiery darts of the enemy. Abide in God and put your trust in Him. Whoever trusts in the LORD shall be safe (Proverbs 29:25).
