Rely on Your God

Who among you fears the LORD and obeys his servant? If you are walking in darkness, without a ray of light, trust in the LORD and rely on your God. —Isaiah 50:10 (NLT)

When the storms of life come rushing in, instead of drifting away from God and allowing your faith to be shipwrecked, draw near and rely on your God. When your journey causes you to wander in the wilderness instead of the promised land, rely on your God. If life situations seem to have you imprisoned, realize that Jesus has proclaimed freedom to those held captive and given a pardon to all prisoners. When all you can see is darkness around you, look up and into the light of the LORD your God.
