Depend on His Strength

But you have planted wickedness, you have reaped evil, you have eaten the fruit of deception. Because you have depended on your own strength and on your many warriors, the roar of battle will rise against your people...
Hosea 10:13-14 (NIV)

Let us learn a lesson from the Israelites. When we depend on our own strength or the strength of man, we are deceived and nothing good comes of it. Rely on the LORD. He is our strength. The battle is not ours, but God's and He has given us the victory. Hallelujah!
