The Blazing Furnace

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego replied to the king, "O Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselves before you in this matter. If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to save us from it, and he will rescue us from your hand, O king."
Daniel 3:16-17 (NIV)

Shadrach, Meschach and Abednego were willing to give up their lives rather than serve or worship any god except the living God. They were thrown into the fiery furnace, but God saved them from the flames. The fire did not harm their bodies, nor was a hair singed. Their robes were not scorched, and the smell of fire was not on them. Let us worship the LORD our God alone and we will abide in the shelter of His protection and mighty power. Seek first the everlasting kingdom of God and everything else you need will be added unto you. Trust God to bring you through your fiery trials and you will not be disappointed. Amen.

Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego replied to the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to give you an answer concerning this matter. If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the furnace of blazing fire; and He will deliver us out of your hand, O king. But even if He does not, let it be known to you, O king, that we are not going to serve your gods or worship the golden image that you have set up.” — Daniel 3:16-18 (NASB1995) Our attitude and mindset should be similar to Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego before they were thrown into the fiery furnace. Know that our God is able to deliver us. Let us trust Yahweh to deliver us from all of our fiery furnace experiences.
