Watch Your Words

When you talk, do not say harmful things, but say what people need—words that will help others become stronger. Then what you say will do good to those who listen to you.
Ephesians 4:29 (NCV)

Obscene stories, foolish talk, and coarse jokes—these are not for you. Instead, let there be thankfulness to God (Ephesians 5:4, NLT). As you spend time with family and friends remember to speak encouraging words that will build them up and make them stronger. May the words you speak give honor and glory to God. Amen.
