Every Good & Perfect Gift

Keep me safe, O God,
for I have come to you for refuge.
I said to the Lord, “You are my Master!
Every good thing I have comes from you.”
Psalm 16:1-2 (NLT)

Every good and perfect gift comes to us from God, our Father (James 1:17). He gives us shelter and keeps us safe in the storms. He has given us His Word, a beacon of light to show us the way through the darkness. He provides fullness of joy and precious peace in place of sadness and anxiety. He gives us strength, when we are weak. And the most perfect gift He gives us is His unconditional, unending love. In love, He gave His only Son, Jesus Christ to save us all. Glory hallelujah!
