Refresh Your Soul

The law of the LORD is perfect, refreshing the soul.
The statutes of the LORD are trustworthy,
making wise the simple.
The precepts of the LORD are right,
giving joy to the heart.
The commands of the LORD are radiant,
giving light to the eyes.
Psalm 19:7-8 (NIV)

May we meditate on and trust in the perfect Word of God. As we follow the instructions of the LORD, they make us wise, our souls are refreshed and our hearts are filled with joy. His commands are clear and they give us insight on how to live a holy, happy and healthy life.
