Look in Triumph

The LORD is with me; I will not be afraid.
What can mere mortals do to me?
The LORD is with me; he is my helper.
I look in triumph on my enemies.
Psalm 118:6-7 (NIV)

If the LORD is with you, who can stand against you? Our mighty God is the One who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies. Put no confidence in the flesh. For our struggle is against the rulers, the authorities, the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). With God we gain the victory, and He tramples down our enemies (Psalm 60:12). Amen!
