Take Heart!

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
John 16:33 (NIV)

Here on earth we will have many trials and sorrows, but Jesus encouraged us to be of good cheer because He has overcome the world. We are children of God and we also overcome, because the One who is in us is greater than the one who is in the world. With God we will gain the victory (Psalm 60:12). Glory hallelujah!
