Covered with His Feathers

He is the one who will rescue you from hunters’ traps and from deadly plagues. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge. His truth is your shield and armor. —Psalm 91:3-4 (GW)

When we continually abide under the shadow of the Almighty, we don't need to fear terrors of the night, the arrows that fly during the day, the plagues that roam the dark, or epidemics that strike at noon (Psalm 91:5-6). Our heavenly Father covers us with the feathers of His love. If we get ensnared by a trap of the enemy, He rescues us. His truth shields us from the lies of the evil one. Thank God for His faithfulness!
