Dine with the King!

“As for Mephibosheth,” said the king, “he shall eat at my table like one of the king’s sons.” —2 Samuel 9:11 (NKJV)

When King David inquired about who was left of the house of Saul, Mephibosheth was hiding out in Lo Debar. King David sent for him and had him continually eat at his table. In Revelation 3:20, Jesus said, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.” Are you hiding out, when you have been called to dine with the King of kings and the Lord of lords?

Be Captivated by Christ
