In Every Situation...

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. —Philippians 4:6-7 (NIV)

In EVERY situation, let your requests be made known to God, by prayer and petition, always giving thanks to our great God for Who He is, all He has done and all He will  do in the future. When we give all our worries and cares to God (1 Peter 5:7), our burdens become lighter and we find rest for our souls. Also, the perfect peace of God settles upon our hearts and goes to the very center of our being. This peace goes above and beyond the realm of human understanding and keeps you completely calm in the middle of chaos and crises. It shields your heart and mind against anxiety, as you as you live in and trust Christ Jesus.
