Filled & Flooded

[That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all your being] unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]! —Ephesians 3:19 (AMP)

The Apostle Paul prayed for believers to gain an understanding of the infinite dimensions of Christ’s love for us, this endless love which continues to reach out across the generations and for ages to come. This understanding shifts us from just a surface level knowledge of His love to a much deeper experience of God Himself. Then, in the face of tragedy or disaster, there are no questions, nor any doubt that God has us covered. May your entire being be filled and flooded with God’s Presence.

Be Captivated by Christ
