Called to be Free!

“The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed;” —Luke 4:18 (NKJV)

If you are oppressed, Jesus came to set you free. He proclaims liberty to the captives, healing to those who are brokenhearted. The Son of God came to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8 NLT). He sets us free from fear, worry, bondage, addictions, etc. You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free (Galatians 5:13 NIV). Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage (Galatians 5:1 NKJV).

Be Captivated by Christ
