The Bright & Morning Star

“I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.” —Revelation 22:16 (NKJV)

…we have even greater confidence in the message proclaimed by the prophets. You must pay close attention to what they wrote, for their words are like a lamp shining in a dark place—until the Day dawns, and Christ the Morning Star shines in your hearts. (2 Peter 1:19 NLT). Jesus is the Bright and Morning Star. He brings light to dark situations and dark places. In His glorious light there is hope, joy, peace and freedom. Let the light of His love shine in your heart. Let it permeate every fiber and illuminate those around you.

Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. (Isaiah 60:1 NKJV)
