He’s Making a Way!

“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” —Isaiah 43:18-19 (NIV)

Many of us seek security in doing things the way we have always done them, but God is doing a new thing. Instead of trying to keep Him in the box of what He did yesterday, let God be the Lord of our lives and expect Him to do a new thing, something we have never seen before.

We don't need to figure everything out on our own, we just need to walk in the way the LORD directs us to. Even though you don’t see the whole journey mapped out before you, be confident that God is making a way to get you from where you are today to the land He promised you.

Be Captivated by Christ
