Live by His Power!

For the Kingdom of God is not just a lot of talk; it is living by God’s power. —1 Corinthians 4:20 (NLT)

I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God’s power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God’s right hand in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 1:19-20 NLT). God has given us a spirit of power and of love and of a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). May we stop trying to do things in our limited human strength and draw from God's supernatural power that resides in us. May we be brave, bold and courageous as we continue to fight the good fight of faith, empowered by His Spirit!
