Rescued!

God rescued us from dead-end alleys and dark dungeons. He’s set us up in the kingdom of the Son he loves so much, the Son who got us out of the pit we were in, got rid of the sins we were doomed to keep repeating. —Colossians 1:13-14 (MSG)

God redeemed our lives from the pit. He rescued us from dead-ends that led to nowhere, and put us on the path of life. He brought us into the Kingdom of the Son. His kingdom is about living an abundant life of goodness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. We were once trapped in dark dungeons and now God has placed us in wide open, spacious places, where we can dwell in His light. Praise the Lord!
