Empowered by His Grace

But Noah found favor and grace in the eyes of the LORD. —Genesis 6:8 (AMP)

Noah was a good man, a man of integrity in his community. Noah walked with God (Genesis 6:9 MSG), and him and his whole family were saved. As we faithfully walk in close fellowship with God, His grace and favor abounds in our lives. And it is the grace of our great God that empowers us to live the kind of extraordinary life that He has called us to live. His grace enables us to fulfill the calling He has for us. Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16 NIV). The Amplified Bible says, “[an appropriate blessing, coming just at the right moment].”

For the LORD God is a sun and shield; The LORD bestows grace and favor and honor; No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly. (Psalm 84:11 AMP)
