What You Need Now

So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you! Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised. —Hebrews 10:35-36 (NLT)

Whatever you do, don't cast away your confidence. For you have need of patient endurance [to bear up under difficult circumstances without compromising], so that when you have carried out the will of God, you may receive and enjoy to the full what is promised. (Hebrews 10:36 AMP) The promises of God are a sure thing! Stick it out, and do things God’s way. In due season you will reap a beautiful and bountiful harvest.

Indeed we count them blessed who endure. You have heard of the endurance of Job and have seen the outcome of the Lord’s dealings, how He richly blessed Job, for the Lord is very compassionate and merciful. (James 5:11)
