Name Above Every Name

Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. —Philippians 2:8-11 (NASB)

J.E.S.U.S. What a beautiful name! Jesus is Lord of lords and King of kings (Revelation 17:14). His name is above every other name. His name is greater than anxiety, worry and fear. The name of Jesus is over all sickness and disease. The name of Jesus is greater than the rulers and principalities of darkness. Demons tremble at His name. Call on the name of Jesus, our Savior! His name is full of life, peace, and power. His name contains healing, hope and love. Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name. (Hebrews 13:15 NKJV)
