The Good Shepherd

“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd sacrifices his life for the sheep. A hired hand will run when he sees a wolf coming. He will abandon the sheep because they don’t belong to him and he isn’t their shepherd. And so the wolf attacks them and scatters the flock.
John 10:11-12 (NLT)

Jesus is the Good Shepherd who sacrificed His life to save the sheep. He does not abandon us when we are in danger. We have nothing to fear, because He is with us. He guides us along the right paths and leads us beside peaceful streams. Amen.
