Never Forsaken!

The LORD also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble. And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; For You, LORD, have not forsaken those who seek You. —Psalm 9:9-10 (NKJV)

Have you ever been deserted by someone you thought was a friend when you needed them the most? Well, our heavenly Father is a trustworthy refuge in times of trouble. He will never abandon you. In 2 Timothy 4:16, the Apostle Paul says, “At my first defense no one stood with me, but all forsook me.”  But he goes on to say: “But the Lord stood with me and strengthened me” (2 Timothy4:17). Know that He stands with you today.
