We Will Stand

‘If disaster comes upon us—sword, judgment, pestilence, or famine—we will stand before this temple and in Your presence (for Your name is in this temple), and cry out to You in our affliction, and You will hear and save.’ —2 Chronicles 20:9 (NKJV)

In the face of disaster, we will stand, in His presence. Our bodies are temples of His Holy Spirit, who is in us. We belong to Him (1 Corinthians 6:19). When we cry out to the LORD in any affliction or calamity, He will hear us and rescue us. He is the God of all comfort and His Spirit like a healing balm. Amen.
