Get Ready!

He said, “This is different. Get ready for trouble. Look to what you’ll need; there are difficult times ahead. Pawn your coat and get a sword. —Luke 22:36 (MSG)

Dear friends, don’t be surprised at the fiery trials you are going through, as if something strange were happening to you (1 Peter 4:12 NLT). James 1:2 says, to count it all joy when you fall into various trials. In other words, expect trouble. You have a glorious destiny in God and an enemy who does not want you to get there. In order to win the battles we have to know how to use the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. We have to know the Word and speak it out of our mouths, to declare it over every adverse situation that comes our way. Let us renew our minds with the Word, in order to prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God (Romans 12:2). Amen!
