An Ever-Present Help

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. —Psalm 46:1 (NIV)

The LORD Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress (Psalm 46:11 NIV). His Presence avails us of His power. Because His Presence is with us, we can draw from His ample supply of strength. With the Presence of our heavenly Father, comes His protection from the fiery darts of the enemy. His Presence enables us to persevere the times of trouble and stand triumphant through each battle. Amen.
