Lift Up Your Eyes

I will lift up my eyes to the hills— from whence comes my help? My help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth. —Psalm 121:1-2 (NKJV)

Lift up your eyes. Look to the LORD, our Helper. Every tool of the enemy is designed to get us to take our eyes off the LORD. He uses fear, discouragement, condemnation and shame to draw our attention away from the God who loves us, forgives us and empowers us to do all things. Keep your eyes on the LORD and rely on Him, in all situations. Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces (Psalm 34:5 NLT).
