Overflow with Confidence

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing [through the experience of your faith] that by the power of the Holy Spirit you will abound in hope and overflow with confidence in His promises. —Romans 15:13 (AMP)

We have to be believing God for something if we are going to have an experience of our faith. For this reason I am telling you, whatever things you ask for in prayer [in accordance with God’s will], believe [with confident trust] that you have received them, and they will be given to you (Mark 11:24 AMP). Believe God for healthy relationships, a godly spouse, the salvation of your children, friends and neighbors; believe to be debt free, etc. No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly. Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward (Hebrews 10:35).
