He Rescues!

The LORD is near to the heartbroken and He saves those who are crushed in spirit (contrite in heart, truly sorry for their sin). Many hardships and perplexing circumstances confront the righteous, but the LORD rescues him from them all. —Psalm 34:18-19 (AMP)

When we are brokenhearted, we can be sure the LORD is close and He comforts us. And when we face trouble of any kind, we can be certain that He will deliver us. In the midst of perplexing situations, we can fix our gaze upon our Heavenly Father and experience the pleasure of His Presence, and persevere until He gives us direction. Instead of worry, we can worship our great God.

‘Do not yield to fear, for I am always near. Never turn your gaze from me, for I am your faithful God. I will infuse you with my strength and help you in every situation. I will hold you firmly with my victorious right hand.’ —Isaiah 41:10 (TPT)

Be Captivated by Christ
