It is Finished

When he had received the drink, Jesus said, "It is finished." With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.
John 19:30 (NIV)

The words "It is finished," signified the completion of Jesus' mission on earth. He built the bridge for a sinful humanity to reach a holy God. He stamped the debts for our sins, "PAID IN FULL." When we confess our sins to God we are cleansed in the blood of Jesus. God forgives us and we experience His amazing grace.
