Building Others Up

Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.
Ephesians 4:29 (NIV)

The words we speak are supposed to edify and build others up. If you are calling the people in your life, stupid, dumb, good for nothing, fat, greedy, etc., you are tearing them down and crushing their spirits. Instead of speaking negative into someone's life, make it a habit to speak loving, kind and uplifting words every chance you get to make a deposit into another person's life. May your words be beneficial to all who hear them.
