Say “YES!” to God

So let God work his will in you. Yell a loud no to the Devil and watch him scamper. Say a quiet yes to God and he’ll be there in no time. —James 4:7-8 (MSG)

Say “no” to the devil and his lies. Don’t fall for his tricks, distractions and temptations. When we cry out to God, He hears us and comes to the rescue. Just as a loving parent listens for the cry of their child, our God loves and us and keeps watch over us. Say “yes” to God, His ways and His will. Resist the devil and submit to our heavenly Father. He only wants the best for you. And He is able able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, (Ephesians 3:20 NIV).
