Tune In

After the wind there was an earthquake, but the LORD was not in the earthquake. After the earthquake came a fire, but the LORD was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper. —1 Kings 19:11-12 (NIV)

The winds of adversity may blow, your world may get shaken, and you may lose some stuff in the fire, but the LORD is with you and He will see you through. Even in the wind, the earthquake and the fire, God is speaking. If you cannot hear the voice of God, get tuned in to His station. As we offer ourselves to Him, with thankful hearts, and mouths full of praises and prayers, our ears are able to hear His still small voice. He will comfort you with His love and lead you along on the path of life.
