Be Wise

Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the reign of King Herod. About that time some wise men from eastern lands arrived in Jerusalem, asking, “Where is the newborn king of the Jews? We saw his star as it rose, and we have come to worship him.” —Matthew 2:1-2 (NLT)

After Jesus was born, the wise men saw His star, left their homeland, and made the journey to worship Him. He became a priority in their lives. No matter where we live, may our eyes be open to see the Light of the Lord and follow Him. As wise men and women, may we seek Him first in all that we do, and leave everything that concerns us in His mighty capable hands.

Be Captivated by Christ

Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego replied to the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to give you an answer concerning this matter.
