Deliverance

He delivered me from my strong enemy, from those who hated me; for they were too strong for me. They confronted me in the day of my calamity, but the LORD was my support. —2 Samuel 22:18-19 (NKJV)

When the enemy attacks, know that the LORD is your support and the day of your deliverance is near. The Message Bible says, God is bedrock under my feet, the castle in which I live, my rescuing knight. My God—the high crag where I run for dear life, hiding behind the boulders, safe in the granite hideout; My mountaintop refuge, he saves me from ruthless men. (2 Samuel 22:2-3) Call on the LORD, who is worthy of praise, and take shelter in Him. He will deliver you from the hand of your enemies and out of all your troubles.
