Higher than I

From the end of the earth I will cry to You, when my heart is overwhelmed; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For You have been a shelter for me, a strong tower from the enemy. I will abide in Your tabernacle forever; I will trust in the shelter of Your wings. Selah —Psalm 61:2-4 (NKJV)

I will lift up my eyes to the hills— from whence comes my help? My help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth. (Psalm 121:1-2) For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are His ways higher than our ways, and His thoughts than our thoughts. (Isaiah 55:9) Our help comes from the LORD, the rock who is higher than I. He is higher than the circumstances we face today. He is higher than the doctor’s report. He is above any schemes of the enemy. Look up and call upon the LORD, our helper.

My voice You shall hear in the morning, O LORD; In the morning I will direct it to You, and I will look up. (Psalm 5:3 NKJV)
