Time to Cross Over

On the same day, when evening had come, He said to them, “Let us cross over to the other side.” —Mark 4:35 (NKJV)

After Jesus got in the boat with the disciples a great windstorm arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so that it was already filling. But He was in the stern, asleep on a pillow. And they awoke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?” (Mark 4:37-38)

Storms will come and go in our lives, but through it all, you can be certain that Jesus cares for you. In the midst of your storm, it may seem like Jesus is asleep, but know that He will bring you successfully, to the other side of all your troubles, to a place of triumph. He is faithful to bring you to the desired destination the Father has for you. Let us persevere through the storms, and He will keep us in perfect peace and get us in the right position to fulfill a greater and glorious purpose.

Be Captivated by Christ
