Continue to Follow

And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness. —Colossians 2:6-7 (NLT)

The choice to follow Christ is a moment by moment decision. Let us make a dedicated decision to continually follow Christ Jesus, our Lord and Savior. When we build our lives, with Him as the foundation, our faith will grow strong. The Amplified Bibles says, “Therefore as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, walk in [union with] Him [reflecting His character in the things you do and say—living lives that lead others away from sin],” (Colossians 2:6) Amen.

Now that you have welcomed the Anointed One, Jesus the Lord, into your lives, continue to journey with Him and allow Him to shape your lives. —Colossians 2:6 (VOICE)

Be Captivated by Christ
