Our Greatest Need

When You said, “Seek My face [in prayer, require My presence as your greatest need],” my heart said to You, “Your face, O LORD, I will seek [on the authority of Your word].” —Psalm 27:8 (AMP)

The Presence of our heavenly Father is our greatest need, and praise God, that He will never leave nor forsake us. In Matthew 28:20, Jesus said, “…and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Before you feed your physical body with food and drink, fill your spiritual cup with the delights of His Presence. Before you scan your social media posts, be still and acknowledge His Presence first. As we maintain continual conversation with Him throughout our day, we deepen our intimacy with the LORD. Always listen for His still small voice. As children of God, it's not about rules and religion. Instead, our lives are to be about growing and developing our relationship with our heavenly Father and inviting others to join our awesome family.

The King of Glory
