A Proven Help

God, you’re such a safe and powerful place to find refuge! You’re a proven help in time of trouble— more than enough and always available whenever I need you. —Psalm 46:1 (TPT)

Almighty God is a very present help in times of trouble. His help has been well-proven throughout the generations. God is our shelter and our strength. When troubles seem near, God is closer, and He’s always ready to help. There is no reason to run and hide. For God has said, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.” So we can say with confidence, “The LORD is my helper, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?” (Hebrews 13:5b-6 NLT)
