Follow His Example

Therefore become imitators of God [copy Him and follow His example], as well-beloved children [imitate their father]; —Ephesians 5:1 (AMP)

As well-beloved children of God, may we follow His example. Abba Father loves us and gives us new mercies every morning, let us walk in unconditional love and show grace and mercy to others. Just as our heavenly Father has forgiven us of our transgressions, and set them as far as the east is from the west, may we forgive those who offend us and not hold grudges. Just as the LORD is long-suffering with us, let us be patient and compassionate with others. As we follow the example of our heavenly Father, we invade the darkness of this world with His glorious light and advance His Kingdom here on earth. Amen.
