Boast in the Name

Some boast in chariots and some in horses, but we will boast in the name of the LORD, our God. They have bowed down and fallen, but we have risen and stood upright. —Psalm 20:7-8 (NASB)

Boast in the name of Jesus. His name is called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, and Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6 says, even the government will rest on His shoulders. The battle is the Lord’s and He has already gained the victory. Amen! At the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:10-11)
