Stay on the Right Path

Set your gaze on the path before you. With fixed purpose, looking straight ahead, ignore life’s distractions. Watch where you’re going! Stick to the path of truth, and the road will be safe and smooth before you. Don’t allow yourself to be sidetracked for even a moment or take the detour that leads to darkness. —Proverbs 4:25-27 (TPT)

Don’t be consumed by the cares of this world. The deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things will choke the Word, and it will produce no fruit in your life. (See Mark 4:19) Look away from the natural realm and focus your attention and expectation onto Jesus, Who began and finished this race we’re in. Jesus is the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. (See Hebrews 12:2) Keep your eyes on Jesus! He is the only way, the real truth and the real life. (See John 14:6 AMP)
