Our Strength & Shield

The LORD is my strength and my [impenetrable] shield; My heart trusts [with unwavering confidence] in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart greatly rejoices, and with my song I shall thank Him and praise Him. —Psalm 28:7 (AMP)

The LORD gives his people strength. The LORD blesses them with peace. (Psalm 29:11 NLT) He arms us with strength for the battle… (See Psalm 18:39 NLT) Seek the LORD and His strength; Seek His face continually. (Psalm 105:4 NASB1995) The LORD is a shield to those who walk in integrity, guarding the paths of justice,
 and He preserves the way of His godly ones.(See Proverbs 2:7-8 NASB1995) God is a shield to those who take refuge in Him. (See Proverbs 30:5 NASB1995)

“You will be the inner strength of all your people, YAHWEH, the mighty protector of all, and the saving strength for all your anointed ones.” —Psalms 28:8 (TPT)
