“Peace Be With You”

So when it was evening on that day, the first day of the week, and when the doors were shut where the disciples were, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in their midst and said to them, “Peace be with you.”John 20:19 (NASB1995)

Jesus gave us the gift of peace, perfect peace of mind and heart. He said: “Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.” Let His perfect peace calm you in every circumstance and give you courage and strength for every challenge. (See John 14:27 NLT/NASB1995/AMP) Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7 NLT)
